Hosts are amazing. Place is clean, quiet and peaceful. Obviously this is for someone who wants a traditional, quiet stay to visit the surroundings, not to socialise or party around. Curfew was the only bad thing in my opinion, but understandable because this whole place is managed by an elderly couple.

Really nice Ryokan! Pretty close to the train station and some temples and restaurants! The staff were so amazing! There weren’t many other young people, but for only a night it wasn’t a problem!

I absolutely loved my stay! My room was lovely! Very traditional Japanese - futon, tatami, and some tea. The bath was wonderful! Traditional public bath which I enjoyed a lot! It's very centrally located, literally down the street from the big Buddha!! And the owners were beautiful! So kind and friendly!
Overall, staying here made my stay so much more enjoyable!
